1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and S&R Auto Leasing ("S&R," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and any request you submit through it. By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are and what we do

S&R Auto Leasing is an independent automotive brokerage. We negotiate vehicle lease and finance offers on behalf of our clients with a network of participating dealerships and lending institutions.

We are not a dealership, a bank, a credit union, or a lender. We do not extend credit, and we do not make credit decisions. We also do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice; nothing on the Site should be read as such advice. Decisions about whether to enter any lease or finance agreement are yours alone, and the resulting contract is between you and the dealer or lender.

3. Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts, and for authorized representatives of businesses. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you submit is accurate, current, and about yourself or a person or business you are authorized to represent.

4. No guarantee of approval or terms

All leasing and financing arranged through us is subject to credit approval and the underwriting criteria of participating lenders and the policies of participating dealers. Nothing on the Site, and nothing we say before a lender issues a written approval, is a promise of approval, a specific rate, a specific payment, or specific terms.

We work with applicants across the credit spectrum and arrange financing on an equal opportunity basis, but the final decision always belongs to the lender.

5. Offers, pricing, and availability

Offers displayed on the Site are real negotiated figures at the time of publication. Inventory, incentives, and lender programs change constantly, so any offer may be modified or withdrawn without notice, and a listed vehicle may become unavailable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised payments exclude tax, title, registration, documentation, and dealer fees, and are based on the terms shown with the offer, such as term length, annual mileage, and amount due at signing. Your actual payment can vary with your credit profile, region, and the final structure of the deal.

Vehicle images may be illustrative of the model and trim rather than the exact unit offered. We work to keep the Site accurate, but errors and omissions can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and are not bound by obvious errors.

6. Your communications with us

By submitting a form on the Site, you consent to be contacted about your request and related vehicle offers by telephone call, text message, email, and WhatsApp, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

You agree that the information you submit is truthful and complete. Submitting false information on a credit-related matter can constitute fraud under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit forms with false, misleading, or third-party information you are not authorized to provide
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or submit forms
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its data
• Copy, frame, or mirror the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Interfere with any other person's use of the Site

We may suspend or block access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms, without notice and without limiting any other remedy available to us.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the S&R Auto Leasing name, logo, text, graphics, photographs, page designs, and underlying code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not use our name or marks without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party websites and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Google, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and your deal may involve third-party dealers and lenders. Those parties operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or performance. A link on our Site is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current at all times.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&R and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S&R and its owners, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us a good-faith opportunity to resolve the issue informally within thirty days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability, waiver, and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of our business.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the disclaimers published on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site, and they supersede any prior understandings on that subject. They do not alter the terms of any lease or finance contract you sign with a dealer or lender.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after posting means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Site.
