What a lease broker actually does
A dealership can only sell you what sits on its lot, at the price it wants for it. We work the other side. You tell us the car, or the two or three you are deciding between, and your deal goes out to competing dealers across our network. Because we place volume, those dealers quote us working numbers rather than the sticker plus add ons a walk in gets shown.
You see the offers side by side, broken into the four inputs that actually decide a lease payment: selling price, residual value, money factor, and term. Most people have never been shown those numbers. Once you can see them, an advertised payment stops being a mystery.
Why the same car leases for different amounts
Two cars with identical window stickers can differ by well over a hundred dollars a month, and almost none of that is negotiation. It is residual value: the lender's prediction of what the car is worth when you hand it back. A model that holds value has less depreciation for you to pay for.
Residual is set by the lender and is not negotiable, which makes it something you shop rather than argue about. Checking it across a shortlist is most of what we do before you ever commit to anything.
Choosing a term and a mileage allowance
Thirty six months is the common term and it usually keeps you inside the factory warranty for the whole lease. Mileage is where people cost themselves money: signing for 10,000 miles a year when you actually drive 14,000 means paying 15 to 30 cents for every mile over, settled at the end.
We quote at the mileage you genuinely drive, not at whichever allowance makes the monthly figure look smallest.
Where we work
We arrange leases and financing in all 50 states, and most clients never visit an office. Paperwork is handled remotely and the car is delivered to the address you give us.
If you would rather do it in person, the office is at 2912 Avenue X, Suite 104, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Clients across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx, and Long Island often collect locally. Open in Google Maps.
Common questions
- Is leasing through a broker cheaper than going to a dealership?
- Usually, because your deal is quoted by several competing dealers rather than one, and because we compare the underlying inputs rather than the advertised monthly payment. Savings depend on the model, the month, and your credit tier.
- Can you lease a used car?
- Yes. Certified pre owned lease programs exist on most brands and often carry lower payments than a new lease on the same model, though terms and availability vary by manufacturer.
- Do I have to visit an office to lease a car?
- No. Most clients complete everything remotely and take delivery at home. You are welcome to visit the office if you prefer to do it in person.
